Who to contact

For day-to-day issues in the building and in individual flats:

Your first point of contact for any day-to-day issues in the building, either in individual flats or common parts, is the resident Building Manager, who can be contacted via the concierge desk in the lobby during office hours. The telephone number for the desk is 020 7602 1024. When the Building Manager is away from the desk, it will be staffed by a duty porter.

For issues that cannot be resolved by the Building Manager:

Issues and questions that cannot be resolved on site should be directed to the Property Manager at Willmotts, the managing agent for the building. This includes service charge queries, changes of contact details, and any queries regarding selling, buying, or letting flats at the Grampians, as well as requests for alterations advice and licences.

To request a space in the bicycle shed at the Grampians:

Email the Bike Shed Committee to request a space in the building's bicycle shed. This facility with space for 20 bicycles was provided free of charge by Hammersmith & Fulham council in 2014. It is managed by building residents on a voluntary basis, with the freeholder's support and oversight.

To contact the freeholder (Maurice Webb Limited):

If you have exhausted the options above and wish to contact the freehold company directly, please complete this form and a director will respond.
