Crittall Windows - Flats in The Grampians feature original Crittall windows which are the responsibility of flat owners to maintain.

PJ Margle - Flat owners are responsible for the plumbing in their flats. The building's usual plumbing and heating engineer for communal systems, who know the building very well and can also work directly for lessees in individual flats, is PJ Margle Plumbing & Heating Ltd. 

For buyers

If you have recently purchased a flat in The Grampians, welcome! Any queries should be directed to our property manager Zoe Phipps at our managing agent: Willmotts. Please ensure that they have your current contact details so that they and we can keep in contact with you.

House rules: You will be provided with a copy of the House Rules following your purchase. Please respect these for the benefit of all residents and please share them with any visitors to your flat.

Alterations procedure: The Grampians is a Grade II listed building. Most alterations are likely to

require consent from the freeholder as well as planning permission from Hammersmith and Fulham Council. Please contact Willmotts if you are considering any alterations to your flat and please review the Alterations Procedure.

Subletting: Under the terms of your lease, short-term subletting is not permitted and long-term subletting requires a licence from the freeholder. Willmotts will help you with this process. We will shortly update the procedure forms which will be available soon.

For sellers

If you are an owner of a flat in The Grampians and are looking at selling your property you will

require three years worth of service charge accounts for your solicitors. You can download these documents below as PDFs. We have also included three years worth of company accounts from the freeholder.
